I have found storybook videos that can help your children learn. They are videos that read different stories that match your child's level. I hope that your child will be able to follow the stories and enjoy the pictures. Please listen to the stories with your children more than once as it will help your child understand the story and learn new words. I hope these stories are fun and helpful.

He encontrado videos de cuentos que pueden ayudar a sus hijos a aprender. Son videos que leen diferentes historias que coinciden con el nivel de su hijo. Espero que su hijo pueda seguir las historias y disfrutar de las imágenes. Escuche las historias con sus hijos más de una vez, ya que ayudará a su hijo a comprender la historia y aprender nuevas palabras. Espero que estas historias sean divertidas y útiles.

Grade 1 and 2

These stories include actions! I understand that these stories may seem simple, especially for students in second grade, but I want students to focus on learning the actions included in the story. Run, jump, eat and nap! Tell your child to mirror the actions included in the story. Your child can also draw pictures that match the actions and characters in the stories.  

¡Estas historias incluyen acciones! Entiendo que estas historias pueden parecer simples, especialmente para los estudiantes de segundo grado, pero quiero que los estudiantes se concentren en aprender las acciones incluidas en la historia. ¡Corre, salta, come y duerme la siesta! Dígale a su hijo que refleje las acciones incluidas en la historia. Grade 3 and 4 

The Ginger Bread Man! This is a famous fairy tale that every English speaker studies in school or reads with their families. Students should stop the video after hearing the narrator read each page and should attempt to read the words themselves. If they have difficulties, no problem, try listening to the story several times until your child feels more comfortable. Your child can also draw pictures of the characters after reading the story. 

El hombre de pan de jengibre! Este es un famoso cuento de hadas que cada hablante de inglés estudia en la escuela o lee con sus familias. Los estudiantes deben detener el video después de escuchar al narrador leer cada página y deben intentar leer las palabras ellos mismos. Si tienen dificultades, no hay problema, intente escuchar la historia varias veces hasta que su hijo se sienta más cómodo. Su hijo también puede hacer dibujos de los personajes después de leer el cuento.

Grade 5 and 6

'Scooby-Doo' is a mystery and adventure series that involves a group of friends who solve mysteries. I enjoyed reading these stories when I was younger and watched the television show with my family. Some vocabulary might be difficult, don't worry! The goal is for your child to follow the story line and to get a general understanding. I hope your child enjoys this story! ('Jinkies' means 'oh my god' or 'madre mia')

Disfruté leyendo estas historias cuando era más joven y vi el programa de televisión con mi familia. Algún vocabulario puede ser difícil, ¡no te preocupes!
